Booking terms

Confirmation

A booking request is not a confirmed slot until a member of the studio has called or messaged you back. We usually reply within the hour during opening hours.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to move or cancel. Repeated same-day cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

Lateness

We hold your chair for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten the service or reschedule so the client after you isn't kept waiting.

Bridal parties

Weddings require a 50% deposit and at least four weeks' notice. We take one wedding per weekend so the day gets our full attention.
